Welcome to SaveOnGrub ("SaveOnGrub," "we," "our," or "us")! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SaveOnGrub website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

SaveOnGrub is a subscription-based platform that aggregates, curates, and displays restaurant deals, promotions, and related dining information provided by third parties, including restaurants and users.

We do not own, operate, or control the restaurants or businesses featured on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using SaveOnGrub, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

SaveOnGrub does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any deal or promotion listed on the Platform.

  • Deals are provided by third-party businesses
  • Offers may change, expire, or be discontinued without notice
  • Restaurants may impose additional restrictions

Users are responsible for confirming deal details directly with the business before redeeming.

6. No Affiliation or Endorsement

Unless explicitly stated:

  • SaveOnGrub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any listed business
  • Listing a business does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of quality

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate access for violations.

8. Restaurant and User-Submitted Content

Users and businesses may submit deals, promotions, or other content.

By submitting content, you:

  • Represent that you have the right to provide such content
  • Grant SaveOnGrub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content

We reserve the right to modify, remove, or reject submissions at our discretion.

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, design, software, and branding, is owned by SaveOnGrub or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:
